This ‘hands-on’ session enabled participants to use arts-based methods to share their perspective on the day’s content and explore the diverse range of opportunities offered through the arts and creative approaches to self-expression, communication and engagement.
Kevin Harrison, Director of Artlink Central, drew on innovative work undertaken with people with dementia in different types of settings to demonstrate the possibilities embedded in arts-based approaches.
