The Scottish Dementia Working Group (SDWG) is a national campaigning group, run by people with dementia. It is the independent voice of people with dementia within Alzheimer Scotland. The Working Group campaigns to improve services for people with dementia and attitudes towards people with dementia. Four members of the SDWG, together with staff member, Susan Burn, will be attending the Memory-Friendly Neighbourhoods event in Glasgow on 2nd June to share their experience of living with dementia and discuss how we can pool international knowledge to improve quality of life.
